Interflux IF 8300 is a premium no-clean gel flux manufactured in Belgium, specifically designed for BGA assembly, rework, repair, and electronics refurbishment. The flux is halide-free and colophony-free, leaving minimal, transparent residues after soldering that do not require cleaning, ensuring maximum process reliability.
IF 8300 offers a wide process window and is fully compatible with both lead-free and SnPb solder alloys. It provides excellent wetting on virtually all common surface finishes, including NiAu, OSP, I-Sn, and AgPd, making it suitable for modern electronic assemblies.
Thanks to its optimized gel consistency, the flux can be applied by syringe, dispensing, printing, dipping, or brushing, allowing precise placement and controlled consumption. IF 8300 is widely used in hand soldering, reflow processes, and robotic soldering, especially where low residue formation and high joint reliability are required .
Key benefits:
- No-clean formulation — no post-solder cleaning required
- Absolutely halogen-free (RE / L0 per IPC J-STD-004A)
- Colophony-free
- Minimal, transparent residues
- Excellent wetting and stable solder joints
- Ideal for BGA, SMD, rework, and repair applications
- High post-soldering reliability (SIR tests passed)
- The product complies with IPC J-STD-004A and EN 61190-1-1 standards, confirming its suitability for professional and high-reliability electronics manufacturing
